Reconnect is a zine of a collection of nearly fifty sketches from Summer 2025, the good and the not so good... Reconnect came about because I was feeling very disconnected from my work, struggling with my work, and was on the verge of burnout. To prevent that, I picked up my very neglected sketchbook and a few brush pens and started drawing.  I spent no more than ten minutes on each drawing because it was more important to me to keep moving rather than getting caught up in a bunch of details. These quick, low-stakes portrait sketches brought me so much joy and reminded me why I started drawing all those years ago.
